SPD Series
Eaton’s SPD Series offers the most advanced surge protection for industrial and commercial applications. It can be installed in two configurations: Direct integration into electrical assemblies or externally side-mounted to equipment. With an array of features, options, and configurations, there is a solution for all electrical applications, including service entrances, distribution switchboards, panelboards and point-of-use applications.
- Thermally protected metal oxide varistor (MOV) technology
- Tri-colored LED protection status indicators
- 20 kA nominal discharge current (In) rating (maximum rating in the UL® 1449 4th Edition standard)
- 50 through 200 kA per phase peak surge current capacity ratings
- Configure-to-order with eight custom feature combinations, including EMI/RFI filtering, Form C contacts and an audible alarm
- Corrosion-resistant NEMA 4X enclosure
- 200 kA short-circuit current rating (SCCR)
- Factory prewired with 36 inches of 10 AWG wire
- External mounting feet
- Five-year warranty that can be extended to 10 years with product registration
